Meet Your Instructor

Hey, I'm Jess!

Hey I'm Jess! I'm so excited to meet you! A little about me - When I was 13 years old I decided I was going to be an entrepreneur when I "grew up." After graduating with a degree in business, I spent almost a decade in the corporate world learning how businesses run before I finally took the leap into entrepreneurship. 

In 2016 I started Balanced Bookkeeping. Not only did I gain experience running my own business, but I was responsible for managing the financial side of multiple businesses.

In 2018 I entered the world of affiliate marketing. I immersed myself in learning everything I could about online marketing and social media. I became obsessed, and ended up building a personal brand in the process - enter Beare and Co.

When I started receiving messages from fellow entrepreneurs with questions about branding and using social media for business, I knew it was time to share what I knew. This led me to becoming a business and marketing strategist.

I am equal parts right brain and left brain - marketing is where the two intersect for me. My left brain executes on powerful strategy, while my right brain dreams up the aesthetics of the brand. Branding is my specialty. I believe when you have a strong brand you can do anything! 

Through consistent visual content and a polarizing brand voice, your brand and business will become easily recognizable to clients. Think of Tiffany's and the iconic blue boxes or how when you see emerald green you think of Starbucks. This is the power of branding!
